I should have left a review for Robert and his team years ago but better late than never…
These folks are absolutely the best. I really don’t know where to start, but Robert, his wife, and Steven are honest and their team are expert mechanics
We’ve had everything from oil changes to an engine in our VW Passat.
They will treat you like you are part of their family…they will get to know you personally and they take the safety of your family very seriously.
Recently my daughters Jetta was in for some repairs and and they discovered a bad ball joint (safety issue) and since they knew she was traveling out of town immediately with the car, they replaced it without even asking me and they did it on the house. I would never have expected them to do this but to have the car ready in time, they didn’t take time that would delay by trying to get a hold of me, they just replaced it. Steven’s exact words to me afterwards was “we couldn’t let her go out of town with an unsafe condition”.
When our Passat was getting the engine replaced, my wife was scheduled for surgery and I was out of town. My daughters were going to be driving her and taking care of her BUT my daughters were not old enough to drive the rental car. We were in a jam…Robert arranged for a car for us for a few days that my daughters could use to drive my wife back and forth from surgery.
We’ve been going to Pierce for years and there are many more stories…if I could leave 20 stars on a scale of 5, it wouldn’t be enough.
Great shop, great mechanics, but most importantly, great people…

Very honest and friendly and knowledgeable. The work they performed was excellent and did not add a bunch of fees like most places. Will continue to bring my vehicle here for maintenance.

Our car wouldn’t start, and we urgently needed it fixed. Pierce Family Automotive ordered a tow truck for us, diagnosed the problem the same day, and fixed it within 24 hours (the starter needed to be replaced). They were super friendly, honest, organized, and efficient. The costs were reasonable, and it never felt like they were trying to oversell us. We will definitely come back here!

This is by far the best mechanic shop in Denton! I will always opt to support family/locally owned and operated shops, and Pierce also has top notch customer service. They fit me in quick, gave no BS about my repairs, and had me in and out efficiently despite it being a busy Friday. Steven and Robert were so friendly and kind to me in a vulnerable time! Bonus points for also having a super cute shop cat to ease my stress during my wait. Cannot recommend more!
